Marie is a coach, an educator, and a business
professional. Throughout her business career, she
has worked across the spectrum of businesses, from high tech to insurance,
manufacturing to restaurant, and training and technical writing to office
administration in various construction firms. Having worked as both a trainer
in corporate America and as an instructor for college students and young
adults, she is familiar with diverse audiences and addressing needs across
the learning spectrum.
From her educational background, she brings
a love of clear communication, conflict management, facilitation, and relationship
building. She has extensive experience in instructional design, curriculum
and lesson planning, information organization, and presentation coaching.
She brings her years of experience as an educator, mentor, trainer, and
business person to her current career as a Communications Coach.
Her personal and coaching philosophy are both based on the idea that working with others to develop and express their talents, skills, and unique voice is one of the highest services one person can offer another.
